Hello Mississippi Trekkers!

We have an exciting opportunity to come together in community, celebration, and joy as GirlTREK joins the Southern Black Girls and Women's Consortium (SBGWC) for the Joy & Justice Tour right here in Jackson, Mississippi!

As part of the kickoff to the City of Jackson's Juneteenth festivities, this event will be filled with food, music, community resources, fireworks, and so much more. Best of all, GirlTREK is partnering with SBGWC across eight cities throughout the South, and Jackson is the very first stop!

Interested in volunteering? GirlTREK will have an activity table at the event, and we'd love a few sisters to help us welcome attendees, share information, and spread the GirlTREK love. Chasiti Moncure will be there to greet you and support our volunteers throughout the evening.
