Greetings Sisters!

The celebration of Harriet Tubman's emancipation continues! In honor of her historic escape on September 17, 1849, the GirlTREK Care Village East and the Groove City Trekkers (from Harriet's hometown Cambridge, MD) invite you to join us this Sunday on the Eastern Shore of Maryland as we walk, honor, and celebrate together!

Walk Details:

• When: Sunday September 20, 2026 @ 9: 30 AM - 10:30 AM

• Where: Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park (4068 Golden Hill Road, Church Creek, MD 21622) (on-site parking)

• RSVP: https://girltrek.app.neoncrm.com/nx/portal/neonevents/events?path=%2Fportal%2Fevents%2F56427

After our walk, gather with us for sisterhood and community connection, followed by time to explore the visitors center, interactive exhibits, state park grounds, and the onsite museum store at your own pace (open until 4:00 PM).
