As we sunset the Mobilize platform, we want to ensure you have everything you need to manage your contacts, keep your community informed, and continue leading in this moment of change.

Key Questions from the Live Training

Q: Can I download all my contacts at once?
A: Mobilize doesn’t support bulk downloads. We recommend downloading your RSVP lists event by event. You should also email all of your contacts from Mobilize at least twice before Friday using the sample email message included.

Q: Can we merge duplicate contacts?
A: Mobilize doesn’t currently support this. Best practice is to email or text individual contacts and keep your records organized using your own system.

Q: Why is GirlTrek moving to a new platform?
A: We’re building a new and exciting digital tool to bring the GirlTrek community into one central space where engagement and communication are easier and more streamlined.

Q: Can I suggest features for the new tool?
A: We have not forgotten all the feedback you gave us last year, but yes! We’re are always actively gathering feedback. Send your ideas to info@girltrek.org.
