As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to pause and acknowledge everything you may be carrying right now. We believe our health is layered: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Caring for ourselves - fully - is not optional. It's necessary.

GirlTREK is committed to making sure you have the resources and support you need. Through our partnership with BlackFULLness, we're grateful to bring you curated practices designed specifically with Black women in mind, grounded in restoration, resilience, and care.

Right now, you have free access to these practices to help regulate stress, restore balance, and center your well-being. The audio experiences below are available inside both The Underground and BlackFULLness (Apple, Android) apps. As a GirlTREK member, you also receive 6 months' free access to BlackFULLness's full library of wellness content using code WALK by June 19th. Subscribe to their newsletter and check out the tutorial on how to activate your promo code by clicking here.

Inside the app, you'll find incredible audio content voiced by GirlTREK members and staff:

  • Step into Sovereignty - A Meditation

  • Walk with Me - A Prayer

  • Joyful Journey - A Gratitude Practice

  • A special message from GirlTREK in the Growth section

We hope you'll take advantage of these resources and make space for your well-being in the weeks ahead.
