Dear GirlTREK Moms,
This Mother’s Day weekend, Saturday May 9th we’re kicking off our Moms Walks. We will walk in honor of our mothers, alongside our mothers, and with our children (Blue Hearts) and families. Sharing our daughter of stories and painting the streets blue with love, legacy, and strength.
At GirlTREK, we walk, we talk, and we solve problems together. With that spirit at the center of everything we do, we are excited to introduce two new walking experiences created especially for you, designed to support your wellness, your joy, and your journey as a mom. These are tools that every mom can use to get started and stay consistent on her walking journey.
Mommy + Me 21-Day Walking Challenge
A 30-60-minute fun, flexible way to walk with your children, our Blue Hearts Blue while building healthy habits as a family. Start where you are, step outside your door and walk. It counts.

Mommy Serenity Walk
A restorative experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and refill your cup. Walk solo or with your crew, this is your time.

Let’s be clear: Every mom can host a walk!
You don’t need permission or a title. Walk out your front door with your children or a friend, let the the GirlTREK Underground App track your steps and you are leading. That’s it.
However, if you want to host a national GirlTREK walk as part of our Sisterhood Saturdays, you must be trained as a Crew Leader (Mom Coach). We’re calling on our trained Mom Coaches to lead walks every 2nd Sisterhood Saturday in communities across the country.
