For those who don't know me, I'm the co-founder of GirlTREK. And even though I live in DC now, I am a West Coast girl through and through — UCLA alum, Inglewood is my old stomping ground — and I am SO excited to be coming home this weekend.
I want to personally invite you to something really special. GirlTREK is partnering with the NBA and WNBA for the Total Health All-Star Walk — a beautiful two-mile community walk at Edward Vincent Jr. Park in Inglewood this Sunday, February 15th, from 8:30-11 AM. |

It's Valentine's weekend. Before the parties, the games, and the glam — come love on yourself first. There is nothing like a Sunday morning wrapped in the embrace of sisterhood. This is the kind of love that fills you up.
This walk is for our members. For your mamas and your daughters and your sisters and your homegirls. For the woman who's never heard of GirlTREK but needs exactly this. For EVERYBODY.
We'll have our friends at WalkGood LA bringing the breathwork, NBA and WNBA legends walking with us, free health screenings, and fun family-friendly activities. It's going to be a whole vibe.
