Dear ,

This month, we encourage you to choose one commitment for yourself: read, train, walk or lead with GirlTREK in June. See below for how to get started:

COMMIT TO LEARNING:

JOIN THE GIRLTREK SUMMER BOOK CLUB

This summer, we're taking our reading to the pavement.

Launching June 22nd, The GirlTREK Book Club is where powerful stories, deep sisterhood, and daily movement come together. Each week, you'll receive guided conversation prompts based on the reading, giving you and your sisters fuel to walk, talk, reflect, and grow together. Plus, we'll release a special app-exclusive conversation each month featuring the author and members of the GirlTREK community.

Summer Reading Lineup

June - The Seven Daughters of Dupree by Nikesha Elise Williams

July - Bloom How You Must: A Black Woman's Guide to Self-Care and Generational Healing by Tara Pringle Jefferson

August - The Women of Brewster Place by Gloria Naylor

Register today, grab your books from GirlTREK’s Book Shop, and get ready to walk, read, and grow with us all summer long.

COMMIT TO COMMUNITY:

SISTERHOOD SATURDAY

Every Saturday, women across the country gather to walk, connect, and care for themselves — solo or with a crew. This month, we're hosting special Sisterhood Saturday community walks in Chicago and Atlanta. Whether you're walking solo or rolling with your crew, if you're local, we hope to see you there — come as you are, and you just might leave with a new walking sister.

Chicago | Saturday, June 20 | 9:00 AM CT

Join GirlTREK and Peloton for a special Juneteenth Weekend Sisterhood Saturday. Together, we'll walk, connect, and celebrate the power of movement, community, and collective care. The walk will begin and end at XS Tennis, one of several community organizations participating in Peloton's Community in Motion initiative in partnership with LISC Chicago.

Atlanta | Saturday, June 27 | 8AM EST
