As we close out the beautiful month of May and prepare to step into the summer days of June, I  wanted to pause and say thank you.

Thank you for walking.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves and one another.

Thank you for choosing healing, movement, faith, and sisterhood—even in busy seasons and difficult moments.

As we continue honoring Mental Health Awareness Month, please remember that walking, resting, praying, connecting, and simply being present with one another are all acts of healing.

Tonight is our North Star Faith Gathering, and I would love to see you there as we come together in community, reflection, encouragement, and joy.

If you haven’t joined the GirlTREK Underground App yet—your sisters in the North Star Faith Crew Community are already there, ready to walk with you.

As we move into the month of June, I want to encourage everyone to begin planning your next North Star First Saturday Faith Walks for Sisterhood Saturday on June 6th. Whether you have a large church gathering, a small prayer walk, a neighborhood stroll after Bible study, or simply a few sisters meeting up in faith and fellowship—it all matters.

And if your church, congregation, or crew already has something scheduled, please let me know so we can celebrate and share it with the community!

✨ Did someone new join? Did healing happen? Did joy return?
